Windshield Repair

Though many rock chips are repairable, the photo shows a rock chip that is past a repairable stage, as the crack is quite large and the windshield would need to be replaced.

When you arrive, we process your ICBC claim (if applicable) vacuum up broken glass. Then if you are not leaving your vehicle till the part arrives, we then will put pressure sensitive plastic over your window so you can drive away with your window sealed from the weather.

ADAS Windshield Calibration

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is in many new vehicles and has safety features like lane departure warnings or automatic braking—that use cameras mounted behind the windshield. The camera needs calibration which we do at Glass Works Refinishing and Auto Body.

Vintage Car Windows

Windshields were thicker back in the day when total weight of vehicles was not a concern. Now this 1982 Mercedes back window was damaged. Because of its thickness and a new one not available we were able to source the only used one in Canada and replace it for the client.
